My name is Ian and I offer home repairs and independent handyman services to Winter Haven, FL.
I’m the guy you go to when you want something done right the first time. I show up when I say I will, I communicate clearly, and do my best to provide you with services that impress. I am not the cheapest around, but I have well-maintained vehicles, a professional appearance, and take care to protect your property. I go to great lengths to maintain a clean work area and strive to leave you property in better shape than when I arrive.
I am committed to offer services for only those items that need to be fixed. While I may suggest additional work, I will never upsell or charge for work not agreed to previously.
I am licensed in Polk County and carry up-to-date insurance.
My Story
Previous to my work as a carpenter, I was a professional in the restaurant industry, performing in all-aspects of restaurant operation until reaching a managerial position at a $10,000,000 a year location in a popular tourist destination in Texas.
I have always loved building and fixing things and began building furniture as a hobby. I have built furniture professionally, and worked as a carpenter for 5 years. I am offering these services in addition to my handyman services. Please visit the gallery page for examples of my work.
